I've become familiar with all air command features but I can't figure out this one thing : How can I write with S pen into Evernote or S note and the writing come out as text? My hand writing is not good and my wife needs to read the grocery lists I create!

Just save it to either service and write as legibly as possible.

In S Note if you tap on the T at the top it will bring up the keyboard. Long press on the microphone next to the Sym key on the keyboard and then click on the T with the pencil beside it. That will provide a box to write in and convert it to text in the note itself.

Thanks duffer, the T with pencil beside it shows up in email or messages but not in S Note, using SwiftKey

Mtiger10 I also use Swiftkey and it shows up for me. I tap on SNote icon, when app opens tap plus sign to start new note. The T shows up (next to eraser), tap on it and my Swiftkey keyboard pops up. I press on the microphone key next to space bar and the microphone window opens at bottom of screen. Speak into the mic and it will type it into the blue box at top of screen.

In S Note you can write with the S Pen. Then select what you have written using the selection icon (square with dots). Then select transform into, and select the text option.

Yep, but if you put a custom ROM on the phone you have to use a 3rd party and it's more complicated.

Just clarifying this for those who don't know and might want to put a AOSP rom or something else, be careful that there are TouchWiz built in features but there's 3rd party apps you can install to "somehow" get something close like it.
