How can I share a pic from an album in the gallery (NOTE 4) to a facebook comment?

I have my pics organized very well. One of my main folders is "memes". I comment a lot with memes, but I can't just go directly to that folder to choose from the ones that are saved, I have to go thru my entire photo reel.

Is there any setting that can change it so I can post a pic from a specific album instead of having to scroll thru the 1000 pics I have?

Unfortunately this is a Facebook app imposition, and there is no setting to change it. If you initiate the picture insertion from the mobile site or full site (if you request the Desktop version in your browser) you can browse your Albums as you normally would in another app.
