    Previously, I used Galaxy S4, then I found that the Galaxy NOTE 4 is so powerful feature to be used. I decided to change to NOTE 4 in early 2015.

    I have a problem with some of the Pre-install apps? a clock (Pre-installed app) on my device keep indicating that the "clock app" has stopped working few months ago, but I don't know how to fix it. Not only this app, but also some other pre-installed apps as well.

    Anyone know how to fix it, please kindly let me know. THANKS

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Are you seeing an error message pop up saying, "Unfortunately, Clock [or other apps] has stopped working"?

    Also check the Galaxy app store for updates. Most everything is on Google Play, but there is still a few that update from Samsung. I check it once a month usually or if I notice errors.
