Brown spots on LCD

Just bought a note 4 off ebay.. Had it a couple hours and I started to think the screen looked funny. This picture is supposed to be a completely white screen, but there's brown stuff all over the screen. Did I get a dud? I can return it if so.

Is it supposed to be new? Looks like some kind of screen burn in. I would return it for sure.
