    I'm new to Samsung and I have just bought one on ebay and the seller said it's unlocked but when I insert Tmobile Sim card , it doesn't work at all. Moreover, when I insert the Sim card it does not require unlock code.
    Can any body help me find solution ?

    If the phone is unlocked then it should not ask you for an unlock code. Is the T-Mobile sim active? Do you get any signal

    Your telling us when you insert a TMO sim card it doesnt work at all.

    I can't make a phone call. I have just inserted Sim card again and it has "T mobile " at the left corner and then after few seconds it disappeared.
    The phone has full battery

    Quite possibly, you "may" need a replacement sim. Goto your TMOB store and let them help you, they can get you a new sim, and see if that works.

    you might also want to check and make sure the device is not blacklisted and reported lost/stolen.
    IF it registered for a brief time then went to no signal its quite possible its a blacklisted device.

    An AT&T Note 4 will work on T-Mobile. You might want to go to the T-Mobile store, call customer care or tweet @TMobileHelp and get executive customer service to help you. There might be some settings that need to change on the phone or you might just need a new SIM.
