Hi everyone, I haven't been able to figure this out for the life of me. This started only a couple of months ago and I was able to connect to my work's wifi network before. But for whatever reason, I cannot anymore.

I have to sign in to the network and I get a message that says Secure Connection Failed, an error occurred during a connection.

I don't understand why I can no longer get the sign on screen to come up. Does anyone have any ideas? All help is appreciated.

Thank you

Which kind of signon is this? A WPA key that comes up as you intially connect that you never have to enter again, or a web page that pops up and asks for a password once connection is made?

If it's a WPA key, go into WiFi setup, long-press the SSID/network name at work, and say "Forget Network" so it has to ask for the key again. That will allow your phone to "re-learn" the connection and it should work from there.

If not, report back and maybe someone will have a different idea.
