    The update auto starts by downloading and then states it will reboot to install the current updates. Once the phone shuts down it pops back up with recovery booting and a screen that says the update failed. This has been going on for several months now. I have AT&T as a provider and they can't answer as to why it won't process the update either.

    Welcome to Android Central! Try bringing it to your local Best Buy, and see if the Samsung rep can flash the update.
