    my samsung note 4 was every 15 seconds rebooting i thought there was a virus or something so i restarted my phone and i didn't know how to save my pictures and videos is there any way getting them back after restarting the phone ??

    Do you mean factory reset? No, those pictures and videos are not on your phone any more.

    However, if you set your phone up to back pictures/videos up to Google, you'll find them. Go to https://photos.google.com/ and log on with the same Google account you set your phone up with - if you had backup turned on, they are there.

    Welcome to Android Central! Agree with natehoy. When you restarted the phone, did you have to go through the whole Setup Wizard again? If so, the phone did a factory reset.
