Hi, my co-worker has a Sprint branded Galaxy Note 4. Seemed to be fine but she powered on today and now everything is in Korean including a splash screen/confirmation. Needless to say, some sort of "accept/cancel" button with a check box. Neither of us read Korean.
We could check the boxes but I don't want to wipe it--not sure if she has it backed up. I think if we can get into the settings then we can figure out how to change the languages using my phone but afraid to re-set everything.
Any suggestions?
