My wife's phone updated just fine, but my phone hasn't.
Originally I had to do a factory wipe after my phone went into a boot loop following turning on Knox. After the reset, I got the option to upgrade and it failed. I've tried
1 clearing cache data
2 wiping the cache from the recovery
3 second factory reset
4 changing the date
5 waiting a day or two
No luck at all, any advice?
