    3 month old Note 4 and problem with S Pen and phone interface. Here's the details: I have never attempted to use S Pen until now.
    Phone acknowledges the removal of the S Pen and Air Command prompt appears on screen. Phone is unresponsive to pen. Took phone back to Verizon as it obviously is under warranty and confirmed my S Pen is functioning correctly as it responds on a store Note 4. However, S Pen from the stores phone will not work with my Note 4. Btw, no issues with the finger touch screen operation. Just for kicks I bought a $0.94 universal stylus from Walmart and the phone responds to this! I will add that I damaged the screen and it was replaced and I suspected this might be the cause however the technician says the touchscreen with finger would not function if this was the cause. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to the forums. Have you tried calling Samsung? They might have an option. I can't think of anything, myself.
