Is this Note 4 fake?

I met up with a seller of a Note 4. Did not end up buying because it looked a bit suspicious and the seller was a bit dodgy.

The s pen was all grey instead of white with the grey end. Dindn't really know what else to check for at the time.

Can someone here look at the a photos and confirm if it‘s fake or not and what gives it away?

Looks real to me... If the IMEI is not clean then it could be stolen as well. Check the IMEI of the phone with Samsung.

My advice, if you feel that way, walk away. Safest option. So many good fakes out there. The phone looks too white for my liking. Glad you walked away. When in doubt, walk out!
