I keep getting a pop up bubble that reads "crashlytics activated" which only lasts a few seconds on my screen. I have a Galaxy Note 4. I do not know what this means or what is it doing on my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Crashlytics looks like a legitimate crash-reporting solution used by many major developers. One of the apps you use probably uses Crashlytics, and for some reason it's creating a brief toast notification. If your phone is performing normally, I wouldn't worry about it.
