Why won't my Samsung Note 4 turn on?

Samsung Note 4 won't turn on

My Samsung Note 4 ran out of battery so I left it to charge for a few hours. I tried turning it on and the screen shows the Samsung logo and then it goes black. The weird thing is that the led lights are on and they keep changing colors constantly. The battery is not removable so I can't take it off. I've tried 10-30 seconds of pressing down, but it just goes blank again. What do I do?

So far as I know, the back and battery are removable, should you wish to try a new battery.
