Why won't my Samsung Note 4 connect to my Beats Pill?

Hi, My Samsung note 4 won't connect to my Beats Pill.

I have no problem pairing it but when I try to connect it to my phone I always get the message "unable to connect". It is connecting with my Mac though...not sure if anyone can help me.

Try forgetting the device via the Bluetooth settings then reconnect and see if that helps.

Are you disconnecting from your Mac before trying to connect to the phone?

Having on one device shouldn't matter. I have a jambox and its paired with two of my devices.
Should be able to pair it up.

Yes, but some devices won't allow connection to two data sources at the same time, even if paired with both. I have speakers paired with multiple devices, but for example if audio is connected to my tablet and I want to listen to audio from my phone instead I first have to disconnect from the tablet before the phone will connect. I don't have to unpair, just stop that particular connection.
