i just sold my samsung note 4 but im obsessed with the data and security issues.
i did encrypt my files then i delete them then i did reset to factory setting and the hard reset by pressing the power and volume and home buttons all together.
is their any way the person who took the phone can get back the data?

Never say never. The NSA probably could. It would cost them a LOT, though, so unless you're suspected of being a terrorist, and the person who bought the phone is an NSA analyst, your data is probably safe.
