Since the marshmallow update to my Sprint Note 4 I've noticed a change to how you can rename files with my file manager or even the stock "My Files" app. When I try to renane a file the original name is erased and you have to enter an entire new name whereas before the cursor was placed within the name of the file and you would change whatever you intended to change. This change under marshmallow is more time consuming since you have to rewrite the whole name when all you wanted to do was change one ir two letters. Anyone notice this and if so is there a fix.

Use Es file explorer, that still works the olden and golden way.

Thanks for the response but I use FX and don't think I should have to change my app because of something the Marshmallow updare has possbly caused. I'll keep exploring what is causing the problem.
