yes, the dial up menus. For example if you dial *#0808# a usb settings menu should appear but my phone is not showing the menu.

that is the menu i need axel! i am currently running on marshmallow 6.0.1 but the *#0808# and many other codes dont work!

Carriers like Verizon and some others don't let you have access to those.

If you're running Nova Launcher... Add a widget, Nova activities... Then scroll down to phone info (there are 2) pick the one that says EPST when you tap it. That should put a hidden menu widget on your home screen.

You need to use this code to access that menu. Type in ##3424#.

That code worked! But still the usb settings did not seem to fix my problem. Is there a difference between #0808# and ##3424#?

The phone is not activated with a carrier. But it used to be sprint.
