I am in need of a volume controller for my Note 4. Any suggestions?

I am in need of a volume controller for my Note 4.

More specifically, I seek a volume controller that:
Breaks the ringer and notification sounds into two separate, controllable entities.
Does not crash all the time, like Volume Butler does.
Will automatically change profiles based on location and Bluetooth connection -- possibly works with Locale.

Thoughts/advice?

Welcome to the forums.
1. You might be able to separate the volumes in Settings>Sound.
2. Not sure.
3. Tasker or some other automation app should be able to do this. Location is possible but it can be a battery drain, as your device would be checking location frequently.

Thanks for welcoming me.

1. Note 4/Samsung does not allow for the separation of ringer/notification volume without an app, hence why I am asking for a specific app.
3. Not interested in Tasker, thanks. I have an extended battery, so drain is not an issue.

Any other real apps/suggestions that would do the trick?

Must be a Lollipop or Marshmallow thing as in Kitkat these two are separated. Didn't know they changed it. Maybe carrier specific?

EDIT: After some searching, it seems some phones have volume and notification combined. Stupid, stupid, stupid! It's not only on the Note 4 but also on LG phones on 5.1.1 and may also be carrier specific. One person in the LG thread said the Volume Control app fixed the issue for him. You might give it a try.
