My Samsung note 4 has a blue light on the top of screen but will not turn on?

It has been shutting down the past 2 days and always came on after restart but now nothing, Ivew even had to remove the battery a few times?

Hi

Its quite possible that your battery is at the end of its life cycle. Some go sooner than others. At least we'll hope that's the issue. Does this issue occur if you have it plugged in to a wall outlet?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with H3aTeRzz's assessment. Trying a new battery would answer the question definitively.
