amazon video won't download after marshmallow

I did a factory reset after the update, and now the amazon video app refuses to download. Yes I've allowed install from unknown sources.

If you know how to fix this, please share.

Are you saying that the Amazon Video app won't install, or that the Amazon Video app is installed but can't download any videos to watch?

Who's your carrier? I installed the Amazon Video app on my Verizon Note 4 last week with no issues. I did a factory reset after updating to Marshmallow
