After the updating Android to 6.0.1 on my Note 4, I can't use most apps, why?

After the updating android to 6.0.1 on note 4

Hi everyone, when i have tried to open apps, apps asked me to give permission and turn off screen overlay , this happened after i updated android to .6 , and that bother me so much. I could not use most apps, please help???

I had similar issues, but mainly that Apps would not update. I had WiFi & a mobile signal, however small (1-2 bars). Spent days trying to find the answer. Then while away from home I checked again. To my surprise the Apps updated. I figured that since updating to Marshmallow, it screwed my Wifi, even though I had a strong signal at home, I couldn't get on the internet as stated it 'timed out'.
When I got home I turned off the WiFi & the phone works fine. I can update & download Apps, & get on the internet.
Just waiting for the next update to hopefully fix the WiFi issue.

I went to the app store and there was a bunch of apps that needed to be updated. I don't have any issues with the apps. Try uninstalling and reinstall the apps you are having issues with. I had battery issues and did a factory reset. That fixed all of my issues
