    Device is a Galaxy Note 4

    I have a client that uses the stock email client on her phone. She is connecting to an Exchange server. When she responds or forwards an email, the email is deleted from exchange. It does not do this when accessing the email from her workstation, so the configuration on the exchange server isn't the issue.
    Both phone and workstation are set up as an exchange account, so POP or IMAP wouldn't come into play.

    Has anyone seen this issue before?
