I'm going to have to second that one. The older model phones I have bought from there have been exactly as described. Swappa has the seller input the serial number and IMEI/ESN of the phone to verify that it's valid and able to be sold. They also have you put up pictures of the phone with some id mark. Just a lot safer than e-bay where I've heard a LOT more stories of people getting burned, items not showing up, bum ESN/s, etc...
