Note 4 can't dial into conference call because dtmf is duplicating dial entries

Every time I call a conference number and attempt to provide conference code, my Note 4 is sending multiple digits for each entry.

Example: a code of '1041' is returning error message of 11004411. I've already changed from short to long DTMF in settings and it doesn't help

Call another phone and press buttons while you listen to the other phone. If it's sending double tones, or there's a break in the middle of a tone, the phone needs to be repaired. If not, the particular conference number you're using may not be designed to work with packetized data. (If it gets a tone in two packets, it may see it as that tone being sent twice. There's a similar problem with fax on a VoIP phone - fax is designed for copper, not digital.)
