Custom ROM [HELP]

Hello everyone.
I've been trying to fix my friend's note 4 for a while and still unsuccessful

Look's like who was using this phone installed a custom ROM for another phone and now the "default" options like "download mode" etc isn't showing anymore.

Here's a print of what I see when pressing Home + Volume up + power:

PS: I don't have expirience with rooting. I'm just trying to help a friend

Trying going into Recovery and restore a backup and see if that helps. If not, then there’s likely no way to recover the device. I’d suggest them consulting with Samsung to see if there’s a fix.
