    My Galaxy Note 4 has recently started giving the above error when I navigate away from the dialer while on a call. Here's the troubleshooting I've done so far to save some time. After this error comes up the first time, other apps will start giving the error as well. Note that the apps never actually crash or close, only give the popup.

    Factory Reset
    Fully updated
    Wiped Cache Partition
    Cleared app cache
    cleared data in the com.sec.phone app, as well as the three separate phone apps
    Attempted to clear data for SIM Toolkit as I found mention of that a few times in other forums, but SIM toolkit had 0KB of cache and data.

    Not sure what else to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated!
