    Had the phone since launch, never once jail broke the phone and use the same apps as most of the world. i've replaced my battery cause it kept a poor charge but I feel since an update they sent out to the phone it's been messing up quite a bit. When i open an app any app it either takes 10 seconds to open or the phone locks up and ends up restarting. I've already factory reset my phone and still the same problem and the battery I replaced is a battery from samsung that is meant for my phone. I don't know what else to do to try to fix it.

    Welcome to Android Central! Try a cache partition wipe (even though you already did a factory reset): https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932. If that doesn't help, see if the problems persist in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28897
