Note 4 Won't Connecticut to Wifi

[AC Question]

I was just wondering if anyone ever figured out how to fix the Note 4's inability to connect to a WiFi or Bluetooth yet? I've already tried soft and hard reboot, using a PC to update it and using Odin to flash it. So far it's still a useless piece of plastic that I can't use for anything but what came on it new out of box from the factory. I've also tried contacting customer support and was ignored with my concerns.

And for those saying to be nicer to my electronics and it wouldn't have happened... it came to me new out of the box like this.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you referring to some other thread? If so, it'd be helpful if you registered on this forum so that you could respond within that thread (or at least let us know which thread you're referring to).

What's the exact issue? Are wi-fi and Bluetooth not turning on at all, or do they turn on and just not detect any nearby networks or devices?
