SM-N910F need always unplug battery

please guys i need help
i have samsung note 4 SM-N910F
is wont turn on , is need to unplug battry and wait for 5 minute always to run and if i restart is turn off with the same problem again need unplug battry to run .
and when i used is turn off alone and need to unplug battry again
i changed the rom to the latest one
but still have the same problem.
