Samsung Galaxy Note 4...Sim Card Not Detected...WTHeck!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 smartphone (AT&T)...about 5-10 per week just out of the blue I get the message "SIM CARD NOT DETECTED" bullhockey...I spoke with AT&T they said to hard reset the phone...Ugh....I did it...still does the same darn thing...got another sim card...same problem...Have made sure all the Android firmware OTA are completed....same frickin' problem...Now I'm fed up...LOVE MY SMARTPHONE...but sometimes want to throw it threw the paper shredder...LOL...anyway...HELP...OUT OF IDEA'S TO FIX. Any advice/help etc. greatly appreciated with lots of gratitude. Thank you in advance...Pamela
PS...Even bought a new SAMSUNG BATTERY TOO!

I would have to assume, from what has been done already, that the SIM tray has departed. I think though that I would take the phone to an AT&T store and have them put a new SIM in and try it there. If that didn't work I think you'd need a repair shop. Sorry.
