Note 4: all menus are placed at the bottom

Hi Friends:

Recently my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has experienced a problem I've never had before. Suddenly and without warning, all menus are placed at the bottom and it is not possible to climb to the top. I have had to take it to its factory status twice in just 4 days.

What have I do trying to solve this problem?

1. Yesterday I tried to operate the safe mode and incredibly the problem of the menus was solved.

2. Also disable the SystemUI option

I did this last night and until now it is working normally.

What would you recommend to solve definitely this problem?

Sounds to me it might be an app issue since no problem in safe mode.

Thanks for your reply...effectively the "App Cache Cleaner - 1Tap Boost" app is the cause of the problem. I just uninstalled it and everything went back to normal.
