I have the Neo Hybrid, and absolutely love the case on the Note 5. It fits snug, low profile, and does not cover the screen. If I had one complaint about it, that would be the plastic/polycarbonate case that goes around the phone- it can bow out a little in the middle of the phone, but it isn't much, and only noticeable if I run a fingernail around that part of the case. Otherwise, it's an awesome case.

Is the silicone on the outside? Every defender I've owned the silicone has stretched out and practically falls off the inner shell.

I posted a few lines up that i was going to trade my tech21 case for an otterbox.

Well i just got back from the store, i got an otterbox commuter.
Yes the defender is still soft side out lol, and i agree they stretch in a matter of months.

I got the commuter so the hard shell is outside, but it doesn't cover the corners. I went with this one because its a lot thinner than the defender, but I'm sure the corners will still loosen over time.

sent with my white Note5 with nonremovable back and no SDCard!

If any of you are thinking about getting the Otterbox Defender case, just beware that the screen protector that comes with the case takes away the touch sensitivity of the screen so you'll have to press harder to register screen presses or sometimes twice.

I usually remove the screen protector from the defender and install my own anti glare

Here's the Pelican Voyager case. I didn't use the included non-sticky plastic screen protector and installed a glass Zagg protector.

So I bough Clear View Cover S Case which was the most expensive one at the shop as they offered me 20% off. Please STAY AWAY!!! Blew almost 60 dollars. This case took only 1-2 hours to **** me off.
1. The cover does not clip or hold in any way any movement of your hand and it comes off and screen turns on. Its flapping back and fourth all the time.
2. It is slippery as hell once you open the cover you have about half of grip with fingers where volume keys are, I almost dropped it.
3. If you want to make a call you have to bend cover all the way to the back of the phone and it it slips out if will hit you in the face.
4. Case looks cool but very flimsy bendy plastic, it doesnt hold phone very well. It takes too little effort to take phone out. It will wear off quickly.
Wish samsung would've offered more then 20%. It's a $800 device. I, or should I say Best buy bought me a galaxy tab A with spen.. $350 device and I got a %50 off coupon on tablet devices. I don't see how that makes sense.

Anybody here getting the UAG cases? It doesnt ship until at least the 27th so im trying to decide if its worth the wait. Went to best buy and bought the Defender otter box, not a huge fan, the screen protector is garbage. Also does anybody know how the S pen does with tempered glass? looking into that too

I won't use anything else. Tempered glass is the best.

My experience with 4 different tempered glasses in the past year has been bad on my Note 4. They eventually cracked, scratched, or just came off so I have been without anything for almost a month now. So far so good.

Not sure if anyone has posted this, but I got the thinnest, clearest, and most elegant easy to hold case from Ebay. I especially like the pullout covers for the charging port and headphone jack, and the rest of the cutouts are perfect. It is much better and thinner than the Spigen I got from Amazon. The volume button on the Spigen is flushed, so I sometimes press the volume up instead of volume down. The one from Ebay is textered.

I love the look of this one. I actually had it in my cart and moved it to my watch list. It looks super smooth. Is it slippery in the hand or are the sides grippy?
