I use Dodol Launcher (it is now called Line Launcher but I still use the last Dodol version before it was taken over by Line). All of the icons are vector made by me in Illustrator. I don't use a dock. The icons are sized and spaced by me and I added the bar that they reside in to my homescreen wallpaper in Photoshop. My date/clock is Minimalistic Text and it also opens my calendar app. The alarm is also Minimalistic Text and of course, opens my alarm clock in the stock Samsung clock app.
