Sunrise Hawaii Kai 15.jpg

Hope this works right. I took this when my Note was brand spanking new so not sure about the settings beyond Pro mode, spot focus (maybe), & prob daytime white balance. That's part of the original on the lower left to show the extent of my editing tweaks. THIS, the Note 5 camera is why I took a chance leaving my beloved Note 4 & I've no regrets thus far.

This is sunrise in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu
And the resolution went to **** when posted here apparently. Ack! How do I fix it?

How yall copying the phone pics to your PC? Sorry...coming off iPhone/IOS where I simply connect the phone to my laptop via usb and then use windows explorer to copy the files over (and iTunes as well).

My Note 5 is plugged to my laptop but uses the usb port only for charging (??) Windows explorer doesnt list the Note 5 as a drive...am I missing something?

Thanks.

I never really connect my phone via cable to the pc. All pics get uploaded to either Google Drive or Dropbox via wifi just like the icloud you are familiar with. Also this can be set to do only while the phone is charging. So no hit on battery there. If i want to exchange a file when the WiFi is unavailable or I am low on data I use bluetooth or my OTG drive (very convenient). Prefer these over wired transfers

Pachase I do it without opening myfiles on phone. Once sidesync is open and I just click the gallery icon on the desktop popup window and then long click the pics in my gallery, it enters select mode, select the ones I want and then long click again on one of the images and sidesync icon pops up allowing you to drag them to desktop. Not sure if the same can be done with documents as you would need to enter myfiles anyways.
