For some reason these app icons keep making a folder and showing up in my gallery. Can anyone tell me why and how to disable pls?

Some app is caching those images in a folder, and any image in the phone's storage will show up in the Gallery unless there's a ".nomedia" file in that directory. You could use a file manager app to create a blank file in that directory called .nomedia, which instructs the system to ignore that directory when looking for images to populate the Gallery database.

I have those show up because if a couple games i have.

I have been using the quickpic app for a couple of years because you can hide files. What quickpic does is automatically throw those into the hidden section.

I had that problem, tracked it down to lightflow

It was Lightflow for me too. I added the .nomedia file and it stopped.
I just copied a .nomedia file from another folder.
    It didn't require root either.
