Why isn't my Note 5 Stock Email App syncing email flags?

Note 5 Stock Email App not syncing email flags

Is anyone else having trouble with email flags not syncing to the exchange server? I just noticed that it seems to not register on the server when I read an email and when I flag it.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but my settings look correct.

Just tested mine: flagged an email from the Note5, and within a minute it was flagged on my desktop Outlook. I don't think I have done anything specific to the settings for that.
