How can I take still frames from slow motion video on my Note 5?

Still Frames from Slow Motion Video on Note 5

Hi, I just picked up a Note 5 today as an upgrade from my Note 3. I noticed that my buddy's iPhone 5 will allow him to take stills from the slow motion video. Is it possible to do that with the slow motion on the Note 5? Would it be a non-standard function, like a screen grab on the selected frame?

I believe they removed frame by frame video still captures on the Note 5 (It's still on the Note 4). Someone in the Note 5 forum posted about this, and I asked for a confirmation, but after over 900+ reads, no one in the Note 5 forum responded.
