Anything but Chrome, usually FireFox. Chrome is a major batter drainer. Even on my PC I found Chrome to be the app responsible for my hard drive constantly whirring up and running hot. I love Google, but I think think they've just got too much stuff going on in the background of this app (data mining).

Stock. Chrome is a power hungry beast. I don't use the password or credit card feature due to security

Does the Verizon Note 5 have the stock browser or just chrome? I ask because the S6 didn't come with the stock browser, only chrome

I have used all off the leading browsers, and settled on Chrome for all of my devices years back.

But, I just tried the stock browser and man, it's fast. Am I really saying this?

Going stock for the next few days.

Thanks to other posters for the heads-up on this.

Stock. Moved from chrome after noticing how much storage cache chrome used up. It was like 400 mb. Switched to stock and loved it. Faster.

Also love the home page quick links. I'm always bouncing to the home page to go to a favorite. I use it more than bookmarks.

Stock. Tried Apus browser but did not like that it ran in application mgr even when fully closed. Definitely not Chrome. Stock is fast, secure as it can be and already installed.

I use stock, little to no lag and you can use the S-Pen to scroll up and down on the pages, nice feature

How do you do then scroll up and down pages? I have tried but can't seem to find how...

Question for the stock browser users: how do I delete the default bookmarks? I can select them, but there's no delete function.

UC Browser is also good if you want to save data. It also has a good night theme.
