Is there any way not to have to choose an default app cause it getting annoying when I need to email someone something from Google maps and it will only let me text case that's what I did last time same thing with YouTube from the Web browser sometimes I want to got to the all some times I need to to the mobile Web site

No one has found one yet and we feel your pain. The previous version where you could say just once or always was great, but Sammy thinks we are too stupid to figure that one out and downgraded yet another feature.
Try "app picker classic" in the app store. It works perfect
