Overlapping apps / How do you keep your Note 5 running smooth?

Hi guys!

So I made the jump and switched over from my Huawei P1 accend to this beast of a phone. It is truly amazing! The S pen is a real boon and the camera is top class. Can't ask for better at the moment. Now my biggest problem with the P1 was its constant updating of software which caused it to fill up its memory, causing major lag.

Going through the Note 5, I am trying to keep things very optimized and was wondering what would be the best way to do so? For example there is google voice and Samsung voice applications (speech to text app) so which should I keep and which should I remove?

Any feedback would be great!

When it comes to Voice to text, which app do you prefer mate? Android or Samsung voice?

I just use the "OK Google" search, it works very well. I disabled S-Voice
