What do you use? Reason I ask is I am torn between the new Samsung watches or the new Moto watch. I like the Google aspect, but would love to stick to a Samsung watch. I am assuming the Samsung watches won't be Google Now enabled.

    Google Now all the way.

This is my first Samsung device (previously Nexus 5) and frankly never needed to use S Voice.

I also use other android and iPhone devices and Google Now is there in all of those devices.

Google now. It wrecks my battery so I've turned off most cards to see if it helps.

Not only is Google Now better than S Voice now (see what I did there?), it keeps getting better. Spend a little time with it, read a couple of tips articles, and prepared to be blown away.

BTW, I've turned off everything I possibly can -- all the cards, weather reports, and all that other nonsense. I'm just there for the voice control, and it works great.

I have it on, and cards too. However I turned off Location history (for battery improvement) then again since I live in Thailand, it doesn't really show me anything at all apart from how long will it take for me to get home and weather plus some news. What more can I do with it?

So what you are all saying is I should go with the Moto watch?

I like Google Now more as well. Only thing is I can't get it to read my unread messages while S Voice is able to do this. Also, i can't wake the phone with "OK Google", but S Voice does. For complete handsfree while driving, these are required.

I had the same question but I think I'll go with the Gear s2 because of the. NFC ability that the Moto will not have.

Personally I like S-Voice better. I can wake the phone with a voice command and it understands just as well as Google.

I use both, because I use the Google TTS Engine in S-Voice and Google Now itself.

Is there any way to change the voice of S-voice? Not the language, just the voice.

Yes, but unfortunately there is a bug. The HD USA voices are not listed under SYSTEM > Language and Input > Text-To-Speech Engine > Install voice data. There should be a list of languages and only South Korea is there. I tried to install the TTS US HD Voice and it will install, but doesn't show up. It will install on the N920I, but not on the N920A go figure! There's a bug!
