    Yeah, it does. It's called "Smart Manager".

    I highly recommend disabling it, though. Using it can actually degrade performance since those killed apps will just start back up again, wasting precious resources.

    Android can perfectly handle memory and battery drain all by itself. You don't need crap like Clean Master or Battery Doctor.

    It's not in my list, this "Smart Manager". i noticed that Package Disabler Pro had disabled it, but I enabled it. However, I don't see the app listed in my app drawer.

    Maybe you need to restart. Mine is there, first one, next to last row.

    Well that is odd.

    But, Verizon phones also don't have the Cheetah Mobile on there either.

    No Cheetah on my Sprint Note 5 either. Wish I could uninstall Lookout, just have to settle disabling it.
