My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 doesn't recognize my fingerprints

I Tried Doing This Trouble Shooting Which Was Shown In This Web Site

1 - Power Off

2- Volume Up Home Key And Power Button

3- Then It Shoes Option OS To Download Volume Up Button

4- I Selected Volume up Button It Started Download But No Other Button is Working
and i am Trying to power off the phone

help me out with this issue

Are you trying to get into recovery to clear you cache partition? What are you trying to download? It sounds like you are putting the phone into download mode. And that can only be achieved by holding the volume down button, but you're stating you are holding volume up. Download mode is used when you're connected to a pc through adb. So, please clarify what you're trying to achieve
