Why viber is always disconnected in samsung note 5?

I cannot connect to viber in my note 5. I have a good internet connection. my new viber account is already installed but still it shows viber disconnected. I tried many times to install and uninstall it but problem is the same. How can I connect to viber?

I have the same problem Viber have advised me they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix
