Beginning 2 days ago, I'm having an intermittent problem listening or watching audio/video files on my Note 5.
The problem is identical across apps, including (so far) Google Play Music, YouTube, Chrome, Amazon Prime Music, and DoggCatcher, and occurs regardless of whether the file has to be streamed/downloaded or is already stored on the device: when I select the item to be played, the device will act as if playback has started, but no sound is heard, and if it's a YouTube video, no video playback occurs, and in either case, no progress is made beyond the start point.
Is something crashing or freezing? I've tried everything I can think of (clearing caches, restarting the device, etc.), but I'm now in day 3 of only occasionally being able to listen to music on my phone and it's incredibly frustrating...
