Wi-Fi won't load, Cell OK ??

Occasionally something like Facebook pictures or other video streams won't load up on Wi-Fi but if I turn Wi-Fi off, they load fine using the cell connection. Anyone else experience this or know why? The Wi-Fi connection and signal appear good.

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be related to ipv6 router settings. Once I turned off the ipv6 settings and restarted my router, everything was fine.

Only trouble is I run into this at places of business - no big deal because I have plenty of data, just annoying.
