Synch Outlook 2016 PST with Note 5 Contacts without Exchange or O365 Server

I used to use Android-Sync USB to sync my Android phone and since updating to Outlook 2016 I can't sync anymore as the app no longer sees the PST. Does anyone have a way to sync my Outlook PST Contacts to my Note 5 Contacts via USB cable?

I had the same trouble. Since upgrading to Outlook 2016, Android-Sync can no longer find my Outlook profile. What I did was go to my old tablet with Outlook 2013 still installed which links to the same PST file that my Outlook 2016 uses (through my network, but not at the same time of course), and it synced just fine. Android-Sync says it works with Outlook 2016, but it doesn't. Something is broken.
