I am new to Note5 . Coming from OneOlus Cynogen. Could not find setttings to Disallow all Apps from reading my contacts by Default and Allow where its really needed.
This was easy todo on Cynogen using Privacy Guard settings. (Per App control)

Can some one help me here how to do that in Note5.

Not possible on stock ROMs,sorry (at least not until Marshmallow hits).

Not sure if you can do this with a 3rd party tool, but I have a feeling that if you do, you'll need root to do it.

Or you can just flash a Cyanogen ROM.
