    Submitted 12/24 and got notified by UPS my choice that I'm getting two packages from VIENNA CHANNEL MANAGEMENT,LTD next week. Idk why 2 but I'm super happy anyway

    I got the same message... There should be a option to appeal it. I hit the appeal option just to see what would happen and in 24 hours I got a email saying my appeal was approved and 24 hours after that I got a email with my $200 Samsung promotion code. So I got my Bestbuy $50 e-card with a bonus $25 e-card for Samsung.com for taking so long, my Samsung $200 e-card and my UPS account is showing I have a delivery for 2/23/16 for my GOTS. I am very happy!

    When I checked my GOTS status at Samsung.com it said I was ineligible for the $200 Samsung promotion because I already qualified for another promotion. So down at the bottom right corner it had option tab you could choose to "appeal decision" so I selected it. Then I got a message that said my appeal was submitted and I would be notified within 24 hours.

    I think it may be random or targeted. I'm trying to figure out how they chose the people to allow to appeal or if there is a process to get the appeal button show.

    I believe they must have removed that button after seeing so many people appealing. Just a guess.

    Lucky I just verified I submitted 12/16 and also signed up for ups a week ago to see if I had a package and nothing yet, I am in phoenix so idk if they use only ups because most of my packages arrive by fed ex

    Ok Android central, I found my appeal process. It was actually a email from Samsung that I received with the appeal option. Here's a sequence of the emails. Sorry for the mix up earlier.

    I submitted my claim on December 20th and still haven't gotten anything. Called support and they just told me it is on the way but nothing else.

    Hey wsaikh794, I just checked that "click here" link of my email and it just takes you to the sign in page of the Samsung Submission Status page. It's probably like a earlier poster said, that Samsung probably took down that appeal process. My appeal was made on 2/12/16 so it was probably pulled sometime after that date. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

    So I got the tracking numbers but no movement after that. All it says is that the order is processed with UPS but they haven't sent it -______- you just can't win with these people. It's been like this since they created the shipping label on 2/18

    I submitted my claim on 12/29 and it was "accepted" on 1/6. According to my status online, it has been approved and is in route, but I haven't received any information after the 1/6 email. When the status site still had a "last updated" field, my claim was last updated 1/8/ I logged into UPS and don't see any packages pending. Each time I use the Contact Us link to ask about where my package is I only get the automated reply and have never gotten a personalized response.

    What else can I do to see where my package might be? Has anyone been sitting at approved for this long? Help?

    If it says in route, it is probably in the process of being shipped. I had one "in route" since Dec. 15 that I just received the UPS tracking for last week.
